Where is your Beef suet sourced?

Our beef suet comes from a trusted local farms in Gippsland , VIC. as well as our own beef herd.

The cattle are 100% grass-fed, homegrown, and raised without hormones or antibiotics in a natural, stress-free environment.

This ensures our tallow is nutrient-rich, ethical, and sustainably sourced.

What is the diffence between Beef Suet and Tallow?

In Short : Suet is raw hard beef fat and Tallow is rendered purified beef Suet.

Do you render your own Suet?

Yes all our rendering of suet to tallow is handcrafted on the farm property.

Will it clog my pores?

Beef tallow has a low comedogenic rating, meaning it is unlikely to clog pores.

It helps balance natural oil production, making it suitable even for acne-prone skin when used correctly.

Does it smell beefy?

Our beef Suet is carefully rendered and refined to remove impurities and odours. While it has a mild, natural earthy scent, we also blend it with dried botanicals for a pleasant aroma in our skincare products.

Do you use essential oils?

Where we can, we will chose to use Australian Botanicals and Herbs to infuse our tallow or Carrier oils with.

There are however times when it's not possible to do this and this is where we well use essential oils.

Please note that whether its botanicals, herbs, or essentials oils, the highest quailty ingredients are used.

What is the shelf life of your Tallow?

Our tallow-based products are naturally long-lasting.

Stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, they typically last 12 months.
