Thank you for choosing our products! Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. However, due to the unique nature of our organic and seasonal ingredients, all sales are considered final and not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to exercise discretion in accepting or declining returns per our internal policies. Understanding the complexities of skincare, we encourage you to consult with us regarding your needs before purchasing.
Farm raised 5 is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the caliber and integrity of every ingredient and product we craft, and we share all product ingredients on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping.
Please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted based on product scent. Customers are advised that our tallow-based products may have a natural aroma for our unscented options.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team with in 14 days at farmraised5@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your product.
- Ship the Product: Package the product (with original packaging) securely and include your order number. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions provided to you by Farmraised5@gmail.com
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning products if incorrect order was made or wrong address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
