The little things behind a Market/ Event day
Theres something special about seeing it all come together. All those house spent making, filling, whipping, pipping, and labelling to eventually find their way to "The Tallow shed". Jar by jar, soap by soap, a little pieces of what Ive been working on back in the arm cottage comes along for the ride.
Then just like that! magic, "The Tallow Shed" is all set up and ready for the day.
Markets/Events give me a chance to open the farm gate and meet the people who use my products, also answer questions, have a chat and introduce someone new to Tallow.
I love that part
Every Market/Event is a little different and every "Tallow Shed" setup has its own story. Some products have taken days to prepare (sometimes weeks), others have been made especially for the day. All of them have passed through my hands.
Its a long way from the first batch in the kitchen to a fully stocked "Tallow Shed" but i would have it any other way.
So heres a little look at FARM RAISED 5 out in the world, beyond the farm gate.
